  • Check your documents to ensure all the details are correct names, dates and destination.
  • Ensure that you have the required documentation such as a valid passport, notarized declaration, tourist card, visa.
  • Please note that additional documentation may be required when only one parent or adults other than the parents are travelling with children
  • Tourist Cards for Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and San Andres will be distributed upon boarding the aircraft by your Airline Representative. Please complete both sections prior to landing and present it to the local authorities upon arrival

  • Complete and attach your luggage tags to each checked piece of luggage. Unless insured, all baggage remains at your own risk.
  • Please check your baggage allowance as airline regulations vary.
  • It is advisable to pack your carry-on bag with items that you will immediately need upon arrival. Standard hotel check-in is usually between 12 - 3pm local time.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT

  • Check your departure time with the airline.
As your travel agent, I will reconfirm your flight 1 day prior and advise you of any changes.
  • Please check-in at the airport 3 - 4 hours before departure. There are no refunds for missed flights.

SECURITY MEASURES

The following restrictions apply to liquids, gels, and/or aerosols at the passenger screening checkpoint. We recommend that passengers prepare the permitted items as noted before proceeding to the screening point.

Effective November 6, 2006, the maximum quantity of liquids, gels and aerosols permitted in carry-on baggage has been increased to 100ml/100g (3.4oz.) per container. These items must be placed in one clear, closed and re-sealable plastic bag no larger than one litre (one quart). There is a limit of one bag per person, which must be removed from carry-on luggage and placed separately in a screening bin at airport security.

Items exempt from the above restrictions include baby formula, baby food and milk for passengers travelling with infants and prescription and essential non-prescription medicines.

Lighters must be included in the clear re-sealable bag that is carried on board. Lighters cannot be placed in checked baggage on any flight for safety reasons. Matches must always be carried on your person.

Once past the security screening checkpoint, passengers may carry on board any liquids, gels and aerosols that have been purchased from retail stored and duty-free outlets in the sterile area.

  • Upon arrival in your destination you will be required to claim your luggage and exit the terminal.
  • Please present the hotel voucher at the hotel.
